30 Years Ago Today...

by Jason Gardner July 24, 2013

One of the best hitters to play Major League Baseball hit a controversial 9th inning homer against the New York Yankees. Known as the "Pine Tar" game, George Brett's bat was under protest, because the third basemen's bat was covered in pine tar. This was overruled and the Kansas City Royals went on to beat the Bronx Bombers 4-3. If only Major League Baseball had to worry about these incidents nowadays.

We have already released our "New York" HDLNS Tee.

Stay tuned for our next release, which will include the "Kansas City" Tee.
